The Alert screen appears. This contains an automatic message with a direct link to the new information. The message is sent on an email.
In our learning scenario, the link will take Derek Halliwell immediately to the new information added to the HMRC/Agent Correspondence folder.
You can change the Subject or add text to the Message to further explain the contents of the alert. For example, to highlight an urgent message or draw attention to a specific topic. However it is important not to include customer information within an alert.
