Step 1 - Completed
The first important step, add file, has been completed. Jessie Gilroy has so far
- prepared an electronic letter
- saved the letter to an area on her computer she can locate easily
- logged into the Shared Workspace and selected A UK Business Agent eRoom
- selected the List of Customers item then selected the customer Thomas Adamson
- selected the HMRC/Agent Correspondence folder
- selected add file and browsed her computer for her letter
- selected her letter, the Open button then OK
- after a brief confirmation screen, checked the letter is listed in the correct folder.
