COM81012 - Interest: interest work lists: functions

The table below tells you the function or functions to use in particular situations.

On accessing the function, system Help is available to you at function, screen, field and error message levels.

To amend an EDP for payment (Word 37KB) AEDP (Amend Effective Date Of Payment)
To calculate interest on notional amounts and dates CINT (Compute Interest)
To view the details of an issued or stored assessment DASS (Display Assessment Details)
To view late payment interest accruals DINT (Display Interest Computation)
To issue an interest computation to either the company or agent IINT (Issue Interest Statement)
To view a list of overpayment cases requiring clerical action LOPU (Overpayments Review List)
To set signals for an AP including the Clerical Interest Indicator (CII(Word 32KB)), Credit / Debit Interest Indicator .doc(CDII) (Word 29KB) and Repayment and Reallocation signals MAPS (Maintain AP Signals)
To enter case notes relevant to the company. Note: The notes must not include any customer information (either the company or its officers), such as bank details NOTE (Case Notes)
To set signals for an AP affecting Clerical Pursuit (Word 28KB), including the Clerical Interest Indicator (CII), Credit Debit Interest Inhibit Indicator and Repayment and Reallocation signals RAPP (Revise AP Pursuit)
To charge or amend interest clerically RMIC (Raise Manual Interest Charge)
To view details of charges, payments and repayments, and a summary of the accounting position for the AP VPPD (View Payment and Posting Details)
