This report includes findings from a quantitative survey undertaken between December 2020 and January 2021 and qualitative in-depth interviews with Help to Save account holders, held in March 2021.

The research explored:

  • satisfaction with, and understanding of, the scheme

  • changes in behaviour and attitudes towards saving
