Customer Relations Managers - update

Further to our What’s New entry for 14 February 2008 where we informed you about the roll out of Customer Relations Managers (CRMs) in Cardiff, Newcastle, Manchester and Glasgow, we can now let you have details of a further CRM in Liverpool.
