Agent's questionnaire

HMRC are currently looking at ways to improve the online services given to Agents. We would be grateful if you could spend around 10 minutes to tell us about how you use email and online services. We would prefer to receive replies one reply from each firm, although larger firms (more than around 200 staff) may prefer to send replies from individual locations.

All answers you give are completely confidential and will not be attributed to you personally in any way.
