Working Together has recognised the need to raise awareness of the centralisation of Claims work into Leicester.
Claims processing previously carried out in St Austell, Glenrothes, Belfast and Bootle will now be processed by Leicester and Northants Area office.

The office is open Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:00 except for public holidays.
The repayment claim forms (R40) will continue to show the old Claims Office details but will show the Leics and Northants Area (Claims) office as the return address.
Where information has already been returned to the old Claims office, this will automatically be forwarded to Leics and Northants Area (Claims) for processing.
