- Information needed early – before they arrive at the airport.
- Made to feel guilty/uncomfortable.
- Welcome clarity and understanding of reasons why products are prohibited/restricted.
- Lists of products important, too.
- Persuasive factors for declaring items in Red Channel (eg not prosecuted).
- Communications for disabled travellers, particularly the blind.
- Information at the time of departure (eg while waiting).
