  • Information needed early – before they arrive at the airport.
  • Made to feel guilty/uncomfortable.
  • Welcome clarity and understanding of reasons why products are prohibited/restricted.
  • Lists of products important, too.
  • Persuasive factors for declaring items in Red Channel (eg not prosecuted).
  • Communications for disabled travellers, particularly the blind.
  • Information at the time of departure (eg while waiting).
