HMRC Implementation

HMRC has appointed a Grade 3 VCS Champion, Jane Frost, Director of the Individuals Customer Unit, to oversee the Department’s engagement with the VCS, supported by a small VCS Team within HMRC . The VCS Team works collaboratively across all policy development and service delivery streams to embed the principles of the Compact, implement the recommendations of the Cross-Cutting Review and align VCS activity across HMRC. An HMRC VCS Advisory Group has been set up and the department has developed and published the HMRC Strategy for working with the Voluntary and Community Sector.
