The HM Treasury-led Cross-Cutting Review on The Role of the Voluntary and Community Sector in Public Service Delivery was published in 2002. The Review identified action to be taken by Government Departments and other public sector bodies to enable the Voluntary and Community Sector to play an increased role in public service delivery.
