Q. I need a tax return and reference number urgently, what do I do?

A. You need to supply us with the name of the trust and details of the trustee(s). You can use a form 41G(Trust) do this. It is available from any HM Revenue & Customs Enquiry Centre or Tax Office. Or you can get a copy online.

We can then issue a tax return, including a reference, in the name of the first named trustee.
