Q. Do I have to go to the trouble of completing tax returns for the estate that I am administering?
A. Not necessarily. We can deal with the tax liability informally. If
- the estate is to be finalised fairly quickly, within a year for example,
and
- the amount of tax is small, and
- there are no complicated issues.
