If you are deaf, hard of hearing, have a speech impairment or find it difficult to use a telephone, you can ask for a face to face appointment with HMRC. Fill in your details and HMRC will be in touch to arrange an appointment.

However it might take a little longer to arrange specialist services, for example a British Sign Language interpreter or lip speaker.
