When making your PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) payment you'll need to provide your 14-character charge reference number. This starts with the letter 'X', and is on the payslip HMRC sent you, for example XA012345678912 - this reference is only an example and should not be used to make a payment.
Please do not use your Accounts Office reference to make your payment, as the PSA payment will not be identified and you will continue to receive reminders even though you have paid.
