Child Trust Fund / Junior ISA - terminal illness early access

Who can use this form

You can ask to take money out of a Child Trust Fund (CTF) account or Junior Individual Savings Account (ISA) if both of the following apply:

  • your child has a disease or illness that is going to get worse, and they are not expected to live more than six months
  • you are responsible for managing the account

The child can claim if they are 16 or over and managing the account.

You must answer all questions.
