Child Trust Fund / Junior ISA - terminal illness early access

You can use this form to request early access to the money in a Child Trust Fund (CTF) account or Junior Individual Savings Account (ISA) if the child is not expected to live more than 6 months.

Claims can be made by a person with parental responsibility for the child, or by the child if they are 16 or over and managing the account.
