Subject: opening and providing for the management of Tariff Quotas of the Union for certain fish and fishery products originating in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Commission Decision No 354/2011 has been published.
The following quotas have been opened by the Decision:
Quota periods 1 July 2008 – 31 December 2008, 1 January
2009 – 31 December 2009, 1 January 2010 – 31 December
2010, 1 January 2011 – 31 December 2011

The Tariff Quotas provided for in the Interim Agreement and in the Stabilisation and Association Agreement are annual and have been adopted for an indefinite period.
It is necessary to open the Tariff Quotas for 2008 and the following years and to provide for a common system for their management. It entered into force on 1 July 2008.
Belated claims can be made via the National Duty Repayment Centre (NDRC) at Dover for goods cleared to free circulation from 14 April 2011 onwards.
