TDSI Bulletin 34 issued on 28 August 2009 gave information about Flat Management Companies, and asked for alternative suggestions for the evidence needed be sent to us. We have not received any feedback so have updated the TDSI guidance notes to reflect bulletin 34.
This change, and any other changes are now listed on page 2 of the guidance
notes under ‘updates’. The updated guidance notes will be published
on the HM Revenue and Customs website shortly.
