Bank and building society interest - Example 15

Mr Avon, Mr Bure and Mr Cam all live in France and hold a joint account in the UK. Mr Avon has signed the R105 on behalf of all three of them.

If Mr Avon dies, all interest must be paid net until Mr Bure or Mr Cam sign a form R105.

If Mr Bure or Mr Cam dies, there is no need for a new R105.
