Customs Hotline

There is a specialist Customs Hotline dealing with drugs, illegal alcohol or tobacco sale, smuggling, misuse of rebated fuels eg red diesel, money laundering, VAT evasion, betting and gaming duty, and frauds involving landfill tax, aggregates levy and climate change levy.

Customs Hotline is a free hotline. Open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Benefit fraud

Specialist investigation teams also work within the Department for Work and Pensions(DWP).
