Changes to the publication of HMRC Net Receipts - Tables 1.2, 1.3, 1.3a and 1.3b

Table 1.2 contains data on annual receipts consistent with the cash basis of the Trust Statement.

Table 1.3 contains data on quarterly and monthly cash based receipts for former Inland Revenue Receipts.

Table 1.3a contains data on quarterly and monthly payments into the Consolidated Fund for former Customs and Excise receipts.

Table 1.3b contains data on quarterly and monthly Child and Working Tax Credits and Child Benefit net payments.

As part of a routine review of our National Statistics products we revised and improved our methodology. From the 18 March 2010, these tables were replaced with one table (see the main menu on the previous page). In order to increase transparency the data will be consistent with the Public Sector Finances and therefore with data published by HM Treasury.
