The publication of National Statistics based on the 2009-10 Survey of Personal Income (SPI) is being delayed. Tables 3.1 to 3.10 due to be published in December 2011 will now be published in February 2012 and Tables 3.11 to 3.15 due to be published in January 2012 will now be published in March 2012.
The delay has occurred because it was not possible to obtain a full set of data on individuals' income and tax liabilities in time to process the 2009-10 SPI to the normal timetable.
We expect to publish the results of the 2010-11 to the normal timetable, tables 3.1 to 3.10 in December 2012 and tables 3.11 to 3.15 in January 2013.
The 2008-09 SPI is similarly affected and will now not be produced until after the 2010-11 SPI is complete. A further announcement will be made when the revised timetable for the 2008 09 SPI is confirmed.
