Tables 2.1, 2.2 and 2.4 to 2.7 providing statistics on taxpayers were originally due to be published in December 2009. These tables are now scheduled to be published on 29 January 2010.
The Chancellor, Alistair Darling, has announced that he will deliver his Pre Budget statement to the House of Commons on Wednesday 9 December 2009 at 12.30.
The delay in publication will allow time for these tables to be based on the economic assumptions used for the Pre Budget Report.
