HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) have recently carried out a consultation of their Capital Gains Tax National Statistics from 21 July to 13 October 2011. The results of the survey (PDF 124K) and initial HMRC response have been published on the HMRC website.
We are very grateful to all users who participated in the survey. Although the initial survey period has now ended, the survey will remain open for a period to give others an opportunity to feed in their views and to see whether the improvements made have been useful to you.
