From 16 July 2007 we will no longer issue copies of our CD-Rom.

This method of submitting land transaction returns was introduced as a temporary service until online filing went live. We are pleased to say that the online filing channel is now up and running successfully. More than 32 per cent of land transaction returns are now submitted online and the system has shown that it can cope with the increasing levels of demand. Online filing also offers significant benefits for conveyancers in terms of an electronic SDLT 5 certificate, automatic processing of all supplementary forms, no need for the client's signature and contextual help as standard.
