Printed version of the SDLT 6 revised

We have identified an error within the printed version of the SDLT 6 (July 2007), regarding question 3 of the SDLT1, on page 22 Interest transferred or created, the code should be LG not LF. Long leasehold at a ground rent or nominal rent with vacant possession for example, the acquisition of the vacant possession flat held on a 99 year lease at a ground rent of £50 per annum. We are currently working with the printers to take corrective action to address this issue.

The electronic version of the SDLT6 is the most up-to-date version, as it is regularly amended as things change.
