Stock and Shares 'Same Day' stamping service

We recognise that there are occasional instances of the need for same day stamping, although our view is that these will be rare. Examples might be major privatisations or re-financing of multi-national groups. If deals can be structured to avoid the need for same day stamping, they should be. Customers who must have documents stamped urgently (for example Stock Transfer forms for critical share deals, which cannot be structured to avoid this requirement) can do this by special arrangement. Customers should:

• contact us first, to request the service and arrange a convenient time and date and the preferred method of payment
• in certain circumstances documents will need to be submitted in advance of the transactions taking place

After having made an appointment, take the documents to the Enquiry Centre, on the third floor at City Centre House, where the documents will be collected and stamped whilst you wait.
