Do I need any software?

You need software to file your land transaction return [Forms SDLT1, SDLT2, SDLT3 & SDLT4] online.

HMRC's online tax return - land transaction product. All the features of this service have been tested and support is provided to users through our Online Service helpdesk.

Or

3rd party software that has successfully passed our testing procedures. We are pleased to accept forms & returns filed using any of the products listed within the link provided.
