Renaming of the SDLT Practitioners’ Newsletter

As this publication is now being produced as an interactive online document, it has been renamed SDLT Practitioners’ News.

New Post Office charging criteria

For those practitioners who submit SDLT Returns using the postal service rather than DX, we are aware that with effect from 21 August 2006 the Post Office introduced charges that relate to the size of documents/envelopes being sent.

As we have stated previously, when sending SDLT returns to us, please do not fold them into the envelopes as creases on the return can cause processing problems and increase the number of SDLT8 enquiries issued.
