The Electronic SDLT5 certificate has arrived

No more waiting for SDLT certificates in the post! No more SDLT 8s to complete!

From 1 November 2006, the submission receipt online customers receive when they successfully submit returns over the Internet has been accepted as a substitute SDLT5 certificate.

It can be printed off and sent to the appropriate land registry, along with the necessary documents, for registration.
