Update: Submission of Black and White Returns

On the 8th November we explained that a small number of payslips had been printed with duplicate reference numbers and advised customers to destroy any held starting with reference number 4068.

To avoid any risk of delay in getting your SDLT 5 certificate, please continue to do this. You can be assured that our Orderline no longer holds stocks of 4068 payslips - and they will be happy to provide you with fresh supplies with new reference numbers. We are sorry if this causes you more work and can assure you we have taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.

If you have already sent us a transaction with a payslip beginning 4068 and are experiencing delays receiving your certificate, please contact our Helpline who can arrange to put matters right.
