Shares and Assets Valuation provides a valuation service for the Inland Revenue for company shares which are not listed or traded on the Stock Exchange. This section explains how you obtain valuations from Shares and Assets Valuation for the various schemes, with or without tax and NICs advantages, operated by companies. It will also outline the information you will need to provide for them to consider your valuation.
