(SAYE) approval withdrawn

Approval may be withdrawn from a scheme at any time if:

• any of the conditions necessary for approval cease to be satisfied, or
• the company which has established the scheme fails to provide the information requested in the annual return.

There is a right of appeal to the Special Commissioners against withdrawal of approval.
