After viewing the Excel file and checking Mr Adamson's claim for 2004/2005, Jessie Gilroy decides the best way forward is to arrange a meeting with Mr Halliwell and Mr Adamson.
She calls Mr Halliwell on 8 May 2006 to discuss this and arrange a mutual date for a meeting.
Mr Halliwell confirms a meeting would be beneficial and confirms both himself and Mr Adamson are available to meet on 1 June 2006. Mr Halliwell asks that the meeting take place at the HMRC office sometime in the afternoon. He also asks for a map to the office.
Ms Gilroy confirms she will add a map and agenda to the Shared Workspace in due course.
