Customer record

This is the customer record for Mr James Ascroft. It is his Shared Workspace area. As a result it will only contain information about him.

Further information regarding this customer will be held in the four items, for example HMRC/Agent Correspondence folder, Computations/Calculations folder, Meetings Calendar and the Discussions item.

We will look more at working with customer records later in this learning.
