Online discussions
The Intercom icon is an alternative online facility. However, remember a discussion held using the intercom function will not be saved. You will need to copy and paste any comments you feel should be saved into a note within the Shared Workspace.
Intercom Messages
- Note the member icons displaying who is currently online in the eRoom.
- Select the intercom icon to open a discussion.
- Type a message then await a response in the intercom window.
- The intercom icon will have a moving member within it to denote an intercom discussion has started.
- Close the intercom by using the X or Alt+F4.
