Shared Workspace is not a service that you can access directly as your organisation first needs to contact HMRC to find out whether it is suitable for your needs. Once that is established the organisation is formally registered with the service and individual members are sent invitations to Register and Enrol.

There are two enrolment processes, depending on whether you are already a registered user of HMRC Online Services.
Please note: Before you start using the service we strongly recommend that you complete the online learning package appropriate to your role.
If you are registered as an Individual please follow the link below which will take you through the necessary steps to enrol for Shared Workspace.
On future visits you can access Shared Workspace by logging on to the HMRC website > Online Services > Shared Workspace > login.
If you are registered as an Organisation or Agent you will have to follow the process for Not registered as an Individual Online Service user.
If you are registered as an Individual user for your own personal affairs, you can set up a second Individual account to use Shared Workspace on behalf of your organisation.
