Help and support

There is a variety of comprehensive help and support available for Shared Workspace Members.

To resolve issues quickly and effectively it is important you choose the most appropriate help.

This will depend on the circumstances of each issue and will fall into two broad categories.

Accessing the service, availability and registration & enrolment

If you are experiencing problems gaining access to the service or if the service is not working as expected, these checks should be carried out in the following order.

SW Internet site

Check for any news items on the Shared Workspace pages.

Online services Internet site

Check for Service Availability on the HMRC Internet site's Service Availability List.

CNCs

Contact your organisations CNCs within the Room to check if the problem has already been reported.

If there are no CNCs available then you can contact a BAO for the Room.

Online Services Helpdesk

Contact your organisation's CNCs within the Room.

If there are no CNCs available then you can contact a BAO for the Room.
