COR
When making a request to add an Organisation to a Room, the COR must nominate two members of the Organisation to be assigned the CNC role.
Bruce Nolan has agreed with the Business Authorising Officer (BAO), Martha Matthews, that Castleroy plc will register to use the Shared Workspace Service to work with HMRC. Bruce agrees to take on the important role of the Customer Organisation Representative (COR).
Bruce's next duty is to appoint two Customer Nominated Contacts (CNC), who will be responsible for making requests for Castleroy plc employees to be added to the Castleroy plc Room and requesting a role for each member.
