If you are not required to fill in a Self Assessment return annually,
we may still need to check your income every so often to make sure you
do not pay too much or too little tax.
If we need to check your income, we shall send you a simple form to
fill in every three years. If you have any questions about filling in
the form, please ring your Tax Office who will be happy to help. The
telephone number is shown on the front of the form.
