HM Revenue and Customs Public Service Agreement 2005 - 2008 is now available.
It was announced in the 2004 Budget that HM Customs and Excise and the Inland Revenue would be integrated to form a single department, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). This Public Service Agreement applies to the new integrated Revenue and Customs department subject to the successful passage of legislation through Parliament to create the new department.
