The pilot ended on 31 January 2010 and is currently being evaluated. Following evaluation, the toolkits will be published on the HM Revenue & Customs website.
The Pre-return Support pilot mailbox that was specifically set up to liaise with agents during the pilot period closed at the end of February 2010.
