Personal Pension Relief at Source claims

The PP10 interim claim form for Relief at Source claims was only to be used for claims for the period to 5 April 2006 as it was superseded by the APSS105. In order to prevent unnecessary delays in making repayments from today’s date PSS will accept the PP10 form but confirm that any further claims made on a PP10 form will be rejected with a request for future claims to be submitted on the APSS105 instead.

In addition, annual Relief at Source claims which were previously submitted on a PP14 form should now be submitted on an APSS106 form. The statistical report previously submitted on a PP14 (stats) form should now be submitted on an APSS107.
