Pension Scheme Return (PSR) and SA970

We are aware that there is some confusion amongst our customers between the Pension Scheme Return and the SA970. These are two completely separate returns. A pension scheme administrator will need to file a Pension Scheme Return using Pension Schemes Online if they have received notice to a file a return. The SA970 should be filed on paper by the trustees of a pension scheme in the circumstances outlined.
