Pension Schemes Online

We are aware that some customers have been experiencing issues with the stability of the Pension Schemes Online service. The HMRC Online Services Team has confirmed that there has been no downtime to the online service during January 2008. There could be a number of reasons why customers may experience these issues, some of which may be linked to their IT systems. If customers experience these issues we recommend that they contact the Online Service Helpdesk on 0845 6055999 so that they can be investigated on an individual basis.
