Blind person’s allowance for 2006-07
The blind person's allowance in 2006-07 is £1,660 so, if you are blind, you can receive £1,660 more than the amount of your personal allowance before you have to start paying tax.
The blind person's allowance is the same for everyone and does not depend on your age or income.
