No Corporation Tax Payment Due

You should inform HM Revenue & Customs if you have no corporation tax payment to make for an accounting period.
Unless you tell us that there is nothing due, or deliver the company tax return, we will issue payment reminders.

Before you deliver the company tax return you can let us know there is no payment due by:

  • completing this form, below (recommended), or
  • returning a signed payslip for the correct accounting period marked 'NIL due', or
  • phoning 01236 785057 to advise there is no corporation tax payment to make for a particular accounting period, quoting your corporation tax payment reference number.

You must enter your corporation tax payment reference.
This is shown on the bottom line of your payslip on the left hand side.
The reference is made up of 17 characters, for example 1234005678A00101A
Your reference is accounting period specific so please quote it exactly.
