Getting ready to send your 2008 employer Return online

Our PAYE Online service is open for business and you can send your 2007-08 Employer Annual Return (P14s and P35) as soon as it is ready.

We will be upgrading some of our online services in early April, which means that there will be a restriction to when you can use our Online Return and Forms-PAYE service from 6.00 4 April until 6.00 6 April. You will not be able to use Online Returns and Forms-PAYE to send P14s, P35s or expenses and benefits information online. We will confirm all these dates and forms affected again in early April.

If you use third party software, we expect that you will be able to send your returns and receive responses to your submissions as normal apart from an eight hour period from midday until 20.00 on 5 April. You will still be able to send your Return, but will not get a response until the end of the eight hours. So please do not send your Return again while you are waiting for a response.

We are sorry for the temporary inconvenience this service unavailability will cause you. We have to update our PAYE Service every year for changes to legislation, and we try to keep any disruption to a minimum.
