PAYE Online services (Internet)
PAYE Online for Employers and Agents is the quick and easy way to send us your Returns and tell us when people start and stop working for you.
Find out how to send your 2007-2008 Return online as soon as it is ready. Our podcast shows you what to do.
You must file your Employer Annual Return online if you have 50 or more employees. You do not have to file online until at least 2009-10 if you have fewer than 50 employees but you could get a tax-free payment if you do.
Read our new guidance if you send your P14s and P35 separately or use the Employer CD-ROM to send your Return online.
From April 2009, if you have 50 or more employees, you must send employee starting and leaving details (and some pension information) online, or you may face penalties.
A range of Internet filing enabled software and online forms are available from:
- third party software suppliers
- HMRC’s own Online Return & Forms - PAYE product
You can choose the product that best suits your needs once you have logged on to PAYE Online services (Internet), or you can view available Software and Online Forms from the menu below.
