PAYE Online for Employers and Agents

Employers who wish to view their P9s should select the link ‘view latest tax codes’ from the PAYE Online for Employers page.

Agents have two methods of navigating from the PAYE Online page to the P9s for their Clients.
The Agent may use the Client Search and select a Client. This will navigate to the PAYE Online page for the selected Client, and the link ‘View Latest Tax Codes’ should be selected.

To view notices that have been issued within the last seven days the Agent may select the link 'View your clients who have received notices within the last seven days'. This will navigate to the screen that displays a list of Clients who have recently received notices. Selecting the Tax Code Notices for a Client will navigate to the P9s.

Employers and Agents can subscribe to the ‘notifications service’ if they would like us to send an email to advise them that PAYE notices and reminders are available. This email address will only be used for issuing email alerts to advise that you have PAYE notices and reminders to view relating to tax year 2006-2007 or later. It will not overwrite any address you may have provided for other purposes.

To subscribe to the notifications service select the link ‘provide us with an email address’ from your PAYE Online service page.
