PROVISIONS CONFERRING POWERS EXERCISED IN MAKING THESE REGULATIONS  

In this Schedule -
"the 1998 Act" means the Social Security Act 1998;
"the 1988 Order" means the Social Security (Northern Ireland Order 19981;
"the 2000 Act" means the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000;
